SITE SECURITY OFFICER

We are currently hiring for part time and full time static security officer positions in St. Louis, Kansas City, and Springfield. As a team member, you will be responsible for:

  • Guard, patrol, or monitor premises 

  • Provide data & consistent records on visitors, entry/exit security

  • Monitor cameras and related equipment

  • Exterior / interior patrols and activity logs

  • Prevent theft, violence, or business disruption from outside parties

  • Monitor employee activity to prevent product/equipment/security breach

  • Provide timely and accurate client reporting

  • Conflict management and deescalation 

  • Respond and investigate alarms, disturbances, perimeter breach

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • REQUIRED: Experience in law enforcement, military or reputable security agency

  • Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property and institutions

  • At least 21 years of age

  • Licensed to carry a firearm

  • Pass firearms safety certification

  • Obtain/ maintain security guard certification from the City of St. Louis

  • Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

  • Maintain current driver’s license and vehicle insurance

  • Write/read in English

  • MS Office computer and email programs

  • Stand/walk/sit/run for longer than two hour periods

  • Hot/cold temperatures both indoor and outdoor for extended periods of time

  • Lift/push/pull greater than 100 pounds if necessary

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

K9 HANDLER 

We are looking for experienced individuals with law enforcement, military or federal protection experience. As a K9 Handler, you will be responsible for housing and attending monthly training with the dog. Your responsibilities will be to provide a multitude of detection and protection services dependent on our clients’ requests. We are seeking motivated physically fit persons to fill this position.
